Relay teams for 2009/2010 Vic LC Championships

Cheltenham will once again be running relay teams in the upcoming Long Course Championships in 2009/2010.

To be elegible for selection for these events you must have recorded a current long course time in all four strokes for grading purposes (not necessarily a State Qualifying Time) and be a paid full member of the club. 

Coaches will be able to advise all swimmers of meets they should attend to gain times. 

The dates for the relays are:

                                    12 and under     19 - 20 December 2009

                                    13 to 18            6 - 10 January 2010

                                    Open                 15 - 17 January 2010
