Aims:
• Development of training intensity and workload to compete successfully at District Age Competitions ,and gaining experience in State Age Competitions.
Further development of racing skills, including starts, turns, finishes etc.
.
Expectations:
• Attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week.
• Arrive 10 mins prior to session commencing.
Training Times:
Sunday 5.15pm – 6.45pm (Daylight Savings Time 6.15pm-7.45pm)
Tuesday 4.30pm-5.00pm
Wednesday 5.30am-7.00am/5.30pm-7.00pm
Thursday 4.30pm-5.45pm, dry-land 6.00pm-6.30pm
Gear Required:
Bathers, Goggles (+spare), Cap (+spare), Water Bottle, Towel, Swim Fins, Pull Buoy, Kick Board, Club Shirt, Club SwimCap for Meets.
Swim Meet Compulsory Attendances:
* Club Aggregate Competition
• Club Championships
• District Championships
• State Age Championships - Long and Short Course
• Winter Interclub
• All Juniors Championships (14 and under only)
• Decembers Competitions
• State Age Sprints
• All qualifying meets as required by coach.
