Aims:

• To develop and fine tune skills in all 4 competitive strokes, and establish basic racing skills.
• Increase physical fitness.
• To gain experience in racing at Club and District level.

Expectations:

• Attend a minimum of 2 sessions per week.
• Arrive 10 mins prior to session commencing.

Training Times:

Sunday 5.15pm – 6.45pm (Daylight Savings Time 5.15-7.45pm)
Monday 6.00pm-7.00pm

Wednesday 5.30pm-7.00pm
Thursday 6.00pm-7.00pm

Gear Required:

Bathers, Goggles (+spare), Cap (+spare), Water Bottle, Towel, Swim Fins, Club Shirt, Club SwimCap for Meets.

Swim Meet Attendances:

* Club Aggregate Competitions
• Club Championships
• District Championships
• Winter Interclub
• 7-10 Encouragement Competitions
• All Juniors Championships (14 and under only)
• All other meets as required by coach.
